Part 2

That night I didn't sleep well at all. And I wasn't feeling better in the morning either. After a quick shower, I put on a pair of jeans and a blue shirt with my jeans jacket over it and the first pair of shoes i saw.

I was ready for school in no time and didn't feel like eating breakfast. My mom got worried cause I never skipped breakfast but I tried to assure her that I was fine.

I went to my locker to pick up my books and headed to class without looking around me. I was just about to sit on my usual seat when I noticed that someone was already sitting in it. Not just someone though.

He was even more beautiful than I remembered, as if it were possible. And now I had to talk to him.

" Excuse me, that's my seat." I say in the most formal voice I could manage. It seemed like he hadn't noticed me there until now and was looking at me with a puzzled look in his face.

" Hi, there Scarlet," he said and I thought I was hearing an angel singing cause his voice was the sweetest combination of soft, low, seductive, warm sounds. Apparently some of the kids heard our exchange cause they were looking at me with hostile looks in their faces, well the girls were anyway. I was aware that all of them were watching the new kid with dreamy eyes.
