If you want to lose weight without dieting, then it is very important that you switch to simple and healthy diet. So, you can take salads in the morning and also for dinner, also you can add citrus fruits like oranges and also berries. Try taking cereals also and a glass of milk in the morning. For lunch you can take a hot cup of coffee with some light biscuits which is made of flour and has less sugar.
