Part 7

Rhea finished her meetings and was on her way back to office again. She was very exhausted and was waiting to eat lunch with Mohit. Lunch with Mohit and 2 other colleagues was a regular affair for Rhea, which they used to look forward to. This was the time they could discuss their lives …. Rhea reached office and called out Mohit and both headed to the canteen. Office canteen was a busy place during the entire day being the busiest during lunch time. Rhea told Mohit she wanted to speak to Mohit about what happened yesterday and hence asked him if they could sit at another table instead of sitting with everyone… After standing for a while to get their seat, they quickly grabbed a two seater at the end of the room. Mohit was curious to know what Rhea had to tell. Rhea was a very quiet person and only opened up with people she was comfortable with….Mohit knew there was something very important and hence Rhea had to speak to him in person. Rhea was talking to her neighbourhood seated friend and Mohit was patiently waiting to hear her.

Rhea, what’s the matter said Mohit?? What is it that you wanted to speak to me in private :P Are you asking me out for Saturday night party :D he jokingly said…. Rhea said nothing like that Mohit. She frowned…. She was upset with what had happened yesterday. She narrated the whole incident that happened at college with Heena and then later at Heena’s home. Mohit was unhappy to see Rhea’s sad face and wanted to make her smile. He told Rhea that life is different for everyone and each one has their right to decide for oneself. Heena had chosen to move ahead with her life and Rhea should be happy for her. Rhea informed him that she agreed with what he said but she really cared for Heena and hence was worried for her. Mohit I will be out of this in few days Rhea said....
