After digging Detective Hathaway found out a lot of new information about the relationship between Amelia and himself. Owing her close to 5,000 dollars in debits he decided to killer her to silence the debit and her. Plus Bank of Horse dale handled Amelia’s account and as an employee of the police department Carlos had direct deposit; it was easy to tie the tractions of the two together and she had sufficient information dates and time of the money transferring between the two, he could not deny the findings and the case against him. Carlos was charged in the murder of the two. But what was the connection to Percy Scott?

Because of the fact there is no tie between the two men, he was let out on bond a bond he decided to skip. He was a flight risk! He paid Lewis a visit at the prison and not knowing Lewis was wired he confessed to following his gambling buddy to Percy’s house.

Listening to his conversation and observing the fight, witnessing him hit Percy and not closing the door after he left he went back to the scene and used his wrench to kill him that is when blood splattered blinding the bird before Aviary could get a good look at who did it. Lewis asked Carlos, “Why did you do that?” and he looked him in the eye and said, “Aviary thought Lewis killed Percy but in fact Carlos did. He decided to leave town and said good bye to Lewis for the last time, but he wanted to tie one on last time at Night Buzz by Nude and so he headed there. As for Lewis, he notified Margo and apologized hoping she caught Carlos and she planned to do so.
