Part 2

With the close call of the astroid and now everyone was safe and life here in the United States was back to order . The citizens who had been displacedwent back home and was complaining even though they saw the missles breaking up the astroids that hadn't burn completely up. One old lady in Washington found a piece of one in her back yard and was going to give it to the government when one of the men noticed it was shinny and examined it more carefully and told her she had a gold mine and she tucked it away and smiled. By then it had cooled down.

‚Äč Emilly decided to take some time off and go back home to Heartland. Someone said a small particular of the astroid had sat a forest in California on fire and it burned over three thousand acreas. The winds was swirling out of control and had caused some airplane crashes. Emilly was glad that she was driving home. While it was burning in California it was dumping feet by feet of snow on the east coast and when she pulled into her home there had been a severe thunderstorm watch out for the state her home was in. The clouds looked worse by the day
