​the lawyers again objected but the judge again instisted if the evidence wasn't proven she would tell the jury to disregard the testimony. The next witness was KJF JR's lawyer who had brought his last will that he had signed in and did an comparison of the signature and stated that both was the same. The next witness was a writing expert and he compared both of the signatures and testified they were the same.

​ The Williams lawyer objected to the last witness name being unknown and Karla stated that this witness identity had to stay unknown till that person was called to testify because his life would be in danger. Their lawyers objected saying nobody was in danger that they were very respectable people and this trial was just a political move to make her lose one of the highest office that a person could hold.Judge Jarret asked the prosecutor how many hours of testimony it would take and the answer was she wasn't sure so Judge Jarret again used her right to have the jury disregard it if it wasn't proved and dismissed for the weekend.
