Part 5

Ritu was standing still on the terrace of her house on the first floor, transfixed by the beautiful scene in front of her eyes. Angry sun of the afternoon was resting in a good mood now just above the horizon, painting the scattered clouds in the heaven in patterns of magnificent colors. This change in attitude was inspiring, worth emulating. As Ritu stared at the evening sun, she thought about Kajal. She had got angry in the morning after the coin predicted the undesirable result and she didn't speak to her whole day. But like the Sun in the heaven, her mood may change by tomorrow morning. If it didn't, Ritu would go to her and ask her to forgive her. Perhaps some of her words hurt Kajal badly. But it was unintentional. She is my best friend. Our friendship can't break so easily.
