Blair was lucky because her hot dog stand was close to the middle of the park and she could see the Colorado Spruce and in the winter that was where the Winter Wonderland was put up including old Santa Land.

They were trying to improved the stand with surrounding glass then Blair could stay open year round with a heater installed or even a portable heater that could be placed in a corner of the stand out of the way of them working in there There was a sign at the flora stand stating that they would be closing on Novmber the first. They had pumpkins for sale. Blair hated that fall would soon be over. She hoped that they would hear from the city on the improvement department any day. Meanwhile the police wasn't any closer to finding the murderer and they were running out of funding so they had to scale back their patrol so they positioned one patrolman with a dog close to the stands and had two police officers on bikes and two on segways for the entire park.
