Part 1

‚Äč Amelia's parents refused to pay her bail and informed her that she wasn't welcome in the house anymore. Amelia asked Jesse's sister if she could go over there and pick up her stuff that her parents agreed with the district attorney to let her have and keep for her. The items was her clothing, a 32" television set a stereo system. some DVD's and CD's , a DVD player, and her gruating gifts. Her grandparents that lived in a retirement housing edition in Florida had sent her a money card for graduating. She had stuck that in an secret drawer in the globe she get from them.

She asked for an attorney from the court and was allowed one to represent her. Jesse's older sister agreed that she would be allowed to stay with her untill her court date. With the money she had from her gradparents she could afford bail. If the court knew it was hers then she wouldn't be approved for a court approved lawyer so Jesse's sister acted like the money card was hers and the bail was approved. Amelia's court date was set for the following month in front of Judge Robert Reynolds.
