‚Äč If it was the manager he wasn't going to tell on himself and all other leads except for the vagrant had been exonerated One night Lacey got scared and run down the library's stairs and tripped on the last few stairs and had to be rushed to the hospital. She told the police she thought she had seen the vagrant She asked who had found her. That is when they found out the vagrant wasn't really who they thought he was. He had been living as a vagrant for awhile undercover trying to catch a thief that was robbing the homeless and veterans that was sleeping in the alleys. Kitty asked him if one of those living on the streets and alleyway could be the murder and he said that they all had been checked out. So even to Kitty it really could be the manager of the apartment building. She wondered how she could trip him up to revealing himself.She knew her family and the detectives wouldn't be pleased with anything that she did to bring him out in the opened. . .
