Part 2

‚Äč She made arrangements with the funeral home to have a memorial service for her mother and requested that both of her parents ashes to be spread in their rose garden and was informed that she needed approval from the city council to do that. She called and sat up an appointment with Mayor Samuels for later that day. When they met she was told that the city laws didn't permit it anymore due to the fact too many people was tresspassing into other people's property after that property had been sold.

Victoria understood and arranged to have her parents buried together in the rose garden edition of the new cemetary. She had to wait untill spring when the ground would be softer to be dug up. Victoria decided to wait and have a grave side funeral service for both of her parents.
