‚Äč He contacted a hiring firm and requested a secretary and a couple of women who could unpack the boxes and place them where they belong and do some house cleaning. The first lady to show up was Christain who had been employeed by the Jacobs law firm untill his death. She was very professional and took a load of files and very quickly had them alphabetically placed in the files of clients, bills, and applications for employment. He asked her to please call the appliciants and make appointment for interviews.

She was in process of doing that when the other women showed up and he proceced to tell one of them to start with making the beds and cleaning the upstairs and the other one in the kitchen placing items out of the boxes. He had placed signs where he wanted the small kitchen appliances at on the counter and which cabinet for the dishes and glasses and what drawers for the silverware and utinsels
