Chapter Eight

It had rained an entire week before letting up it would start right back again. Martha Banning field of Banning field estate said,” enough already,” she was referring to the rainfall. June Banning field entered the room.

June, a middle age woman, visited her aunt four months ago and decide to stay. She let the rain disrupt her plans for a summer party but this time it was not going to disrupt the masquerade party scheduled in just twenty-four hours. Martha and Western were celebrating their tenth year anniversary of marriage hosted by June. She had organized the party that was taking place; she had planned it to a “t”. Being an event planner was her hobby she enjoyed.
